History of FUSION Leadership Group
We are a faith-based non-profit organization seeking to encourage and equip underserved people across the world to lead themselves, their families, their communities, and their countries. We believe that effective, God-centered leadership is a force for transformation.

FUSION was started by Amy Travis in 2014 to provide leadership training and resources to women in the Saxonburg community. That vision grew into the FUSION Leadership Group in 2017. Her focus is to help individuals fuse the realities of everyday life with the Ultimate Reality, Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through the application of leadership principles because this requires ACTION and produces RESULTS. When so many things are outside of our direct control, our personal growth is something we can control.

Amy holds a master's degree in Organizational Leadership. She has been married to Perry for over 34 years and has three adult children: Nathan, Valerie, and Nicholas.
The FUSION Leadership Group Executive Team is Valerie (Travis) Donnelly on the left, Amy (Geier) Travis, and Connie Geier on the right.

The mother-daughter-granddaughter team conducts leadership conferences for women in the Pittsburgh area and travelled together to East Africa in November 2018, and again in November 2019. Valerie runs the Maisha Sponsorship Program through FUSION Leadership Group.
